    The bunkers were built for the apocalypse. Just not the one they expected.
     
    Life was bad and getting worse in the depths of Salvation. It did not take the people of Level Three long to realise that the only reason they had been spared from the cataclysm was to become a slave class.
     
    Now, a single accident has changed everything. Fear is spreading like a virus. Rumours become facts the moment they’re spoken. Neighbour is turning against neighbour. And time is running out fast.
     
    For most, this signals the end. For Callie and her friends, there is just one hope, but to find it, they’re going to have to fight through the most terror-filled night of their lives.
     
    Can they escape the horror that awaits them? Or will these next few hours be their last?

    I am very excited to give you an exclusive first peek at my new post-apocalyptic/dystopian series - The Burning Tree.
     
    What’s it about? To get a true idea, you’ll need to listen to the song. But let's just say, if you like reading books concerning insidious governments, EMPs, nuclear conflict, global warming and asteroid strikes, hopefully, it’s going to be right up your alley.
     
    I’ll have more information regarding its release soon. Until then, I really hope you enjoy the song, which is performed by the incredible Kim Bretton and written by yours truly and the amazing talent that is Lee Horrocks.

  3. Safe Haven : Doomsday!!

    A big thank you to everyone who has left reviews and given such amazing positive feedback so far for Doomsday. It’s lovely to hear that some of you have now got new favourite characters in the Safe Haven universe.
    The book went Top 5 in Australia and Top 10 in the UK PA/SF charts, which was much higher than I anticipated considering the incredibly strong pre-orders.
    I’m getting close to completing the 2nd draft of the new book, and I’ll have some more info on that very soon.

  5. Work Work Work!!!

     I’ve been writing since about 03.45. Daisy is fast asleep at my feet, and I’ve just spoken to my dear friend
    Kim Bretton about a very special project we’re working on together. It’s to do with the upcoming series and I really can’t wait to tell you all about it.
    The first draft of the new book has already gone well in excess of 100k words. I’m loving getting to know the new characters and I really hope you love them too.
    It’s a big week this week. I’m incredibly excited to be bringing out my 24th book – Doomsday, but even more important than that… it’s Daisy’s birthday on Thursday. Needless to say, we’ll be partying like it’s 1999 this weekend.
    I think it’s time for more coffee now.
